TIP 1
Do you love plants? I always have. I'm never happier than when I'm working in a garden. I don't do much gardening now, but this year I really enjoyed planting an herb garden. I at least got to enjoy flavoring our food with them. Healthy and tasty.
And I remembered all I'd learned about how healthy some plants are in the house. Every cell is affected by toxicity leading to all chronic diseases including osteoporosis, heart disease, cancer, fibromyalgia, diabetes. Toxins put us at higher risk for every disease.
So what can you do?
One very beautiful way is to sprinkle your house with plants that take the toxins out of the air. These include spider plant, Mother-in-law’s tongue (now often called angel plant), golden pathos, gerbera daisy, ivy, and chrysanthemums, palms, ferns, rubber plants, and philodendrons.
Spider plants, mother-in-law’s tongue, golden pathos and philodendrons are easy to grow inside and beautify your home as well as detoxify it.
